I know a lot of people who don't like orange day lilies - what are they thinking? How can someone not love this bright spot in the garden? It goes wonderfully with the purple butterfly bush behind it....
My gladiolas have started putting on a show. This light pink, frilly one is my favorite. The blooms are especially large, too.
They tend to fall over, even with support. No matter, I just cut them, bring'em in and enjoy them inside.
