Magical Mushrooms

The first part of summer was dry, dry, dry. We complained.

Then the rains came....and came....and are still coming each afternoon when the sea breezes kick in and the moisture builds up. So now we are wondering when it will slow down. We are never happy....

But the mushrooms are springing up everywhere, dining on the old vegetation. They have a beauty of their own. Sometimes striking, mostly subtle.
