Did you know there are over 50 species of goldenrod in north America? I didn't, I thought it was just this one kind.... it's what's found around here and, up to now, all I've noticed. Amazing the stuff you can learn on line!I had taken the photo of the goldenrod on my last leg of the evening walk about and it was getting darker. ...... then I happened to look to the west, at the clouds building up and saw this dazzling golden display.
Mother Nature is fabulous!
